In January 1985, Mostar high school students Šima and Draženka Čuljak set off on foot towards Mostar from their village in Herzegovina. They fell into a blizzard and ended up in a ravine. In the canyon near Široki Brijeg, at minus 20 degrees Celsius, they survived seven days and nights without food or water. Their survival on the edge of the possible united the former country. How did they cope and what did they struggle with?
