Kyohei Shibata "Lovingly" Teases Tate: "Abunai Deka" - After 38 Years, He's Become Able to "Read the Script"

On the 5th, actors Hiroshi Tachi and Kyohei Shibata attended a stage greeting to thank fans for the success of the latest movie in the popular detective drama series, "Return of the Dangerous Detective." The talk session was conducted based on the opinions of fans, but when asked what he had become able to do in the 38 years of the series' history, Shibata answered Tachi, "Reading the script," which excited the audience. Tachi also confessed, "When I was filming for TV, I was busy having fun and didn't have time to read the script. I would just read my lines and go to the set." He reminisced about the time when Shibata supported him with his lines and acting. Shibata also revealed that he was the most selfish actor in Japan, and that he was very popular with women, saying, "He's the most selfish actor in Japan. At around 8 o'clock, this is what's waiting for me," with his pinky raised. Tachi also admitted that when they were planning to go on a date, filming hadn't ended even after 6 o'clock, so Shibata told him to "go home," and he had really gone home. However, when asked about their love for each other, Tate said, "I think it's a miracle that I was able to meet Kyo-sama and work on the film Abunai Deka in my acting career."
