JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto filed a pretrial motion following his being named a suspect by the KPK in the Harun Masiku case. The pretrial hearing will be held on (21/01/2025). The pretrial motion was filed by Hasto Kristiyanto to the South Jakarta District Court on Friday (10/01/2025). South Jakarta District Court Public Relations, Djuyamto said that the hearing will be led by himself as the sole judge. The first hearing will be held on Tuesday (21/01/2025). After the determination of PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto as a suspect, the issue of who protected Hasto so that he was not a suspect from the beginning of the bribery case for the replacement of DPR members, which dragged Harun Masiku's name, emerged. Former KPK investigator Ronald Sinyal has been questioned by the KPK and said that there were allegations of obstruction of the investigation by former KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri. Meanwhile, former PDIP cadre Effendi Simbolon said Jokowi helped Hasto so that he would not be manipulated by the KPK leadership of the old period.
