This dumpling factory produces a whopping 12 tons, or about 100,000 dumplings, every day. To do this, over 30 workers sort out foreign substances from 1,000 kilograms of meat and vegetables~ In addition, all the work to make dumpling skins and fillings continues without rest. These days, in order to meet the daily production volume, the workers don't even have time to properly quench their thirst. The company that supplies the prepared vegetables to this dumpling factory is also busy! They work while fighting against the ear-splitting noise of preparing over 50 tons of vegetables every day. Many people's hands are involved in the process of making one of these small dumplings go into the mouths of consumers. Meanwhile, in a handmade dumpling shop in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, the workers are busy making dumplings without a break as customers come in all day long.
