Enka singer Hiroshi Miyama from Kochi performed a traditional Yosakoi song. Heavy rain fell while the dancers were performing, but the dancers continued to dance. A linear rain band occurred in the central part of the prefecture in the early hours of the 10th. The newly built Kochi University Enbujo made the difficult decision to cancel.
