Knuckles! Chicken oil! Infinite garlic! A close look at the morning preparations at Iekei Ramen Oudouya This time, we were asked to shoot at Iekei Ramen Oudouya in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture. We started shooting early in the morning. It was a fun shoot because I was able to talk to President Shimizu. Three hours before the opening, several people came to the store wearing Oudouya hoodies, and at first I thought, "Are they employees??", but it turned out that they were customers who were already lined up. Well, it's not surprising that President Shimizu, who cares about his customers and puts all his effort into his ramen, has such fans. I was hooked on the rich ramen, and actually went to the Kashiwa store hoping to eat it again the next day, but there was an event or something that day and there were about three times as many customers lined up as there were on the day of the shoot, so I gave up.
