Dear stitch markers and wool junkies, the new year is moving on, full steam ahead.... Some things want to come off the needles and others would like to be pinned on. I haven't made an official list, but there are a few things I want to give myself this year. Wool is always a central theme for me and experience has shown that I need a little longer for that. Today the podcast got a little off the rails because my dearest dog is having a rough day. But, God willing, we will overcome this hurdle too. Ultimately, nobody can say when the last hour will strike and personally I think it's better that way. It never comes right anyway. My home port that I knit is a purchase pattern by Isabelle Kraemer, which I bought myself. Here is the link for you https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr... ................................................................................................................................ The shawl that I cast on on New Year's Eve is a free pattern from Drops . Model bm- 088 ............................................................................................................................. and then there's my pullover on the needles, which I'm knitting just like that, and a granny blanket that I've been crocheting for ages... yes, it's going to take a while! In the shop today I've cut back on the Rauhnächte and on some skeins (6-ply wool). But some Christmas mystery skeins from America have also been given a place in the shop at a special price. In 14 days you can expect my Valentine's skein, along with a surprise for yourself or your loved ones. It will be great, I promise! So now all that's left for me to say is, enjoy looking at it.
