Mix the drained tuna with the herbs of your choice (for example a little salt, pepper and Italian herbs). 2. Fill the pies with the tuna filling. 3. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. 4. Bake the pies according to the instructions on the packet, usually for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. 5. Allow the pies to cool slightly before serving, and drizzle with a little more olive oil if desired. 6. Serve with a cream or mushroom sauce if desired. Heat in the microwave. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trifle of filled speculaas, custard and pineapple Ingredients for 2 persons: 1/2 package filled speculaas (cut into cubes or broken) 25 g custard powder 30 g sugar (about 2-3 tablespoons, to taste) 500 ml milk (use vegetable milk as an alternative) Pineapple (cut into pieces) How to prepare the custard: 1. Take a small bowl and mix the custard powder with the sugar. 2. Add a few tablespoons of milk (about 4-5 tablespoons) and stir until smooth and lump-free. 3. Bring the milk to the boil 4. Pour the rest of the milk into a pan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Stir regularly to prevent burning 5. Add the custard mixture 6. Once the milk is boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the custard mixture while whisking continuously 7. Allow the custard to thicken 8. Continue stirring until the custard thickens and has a smooth, creamy texture. Simmer gently for a few minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the custard to cool slightly. To assemble the trifle: 1. Spread a layer of speculaas squares over the bottom of a glass or bowl. 2. Add a layer of warm (or slightly cooled) custard. 4. Top with a layer of pineapple chunks. 5. Repeat the layers until your glass or bowl is full, ending with a layer of custard.
