The play "Kir Janja" by Jovan Steria Popović, directed by Egon Savin, with Predrag Ejdus in the lead role, on the stage of the National Theater in Belgrade, undoubtedly has the status of a cult play. The premiere was on December 25, 1992, and it is one of the longest-running plays on Belgrade stages. It was recorded for television in 2011. The play and its actors received several Sterija awards. Many actors passed through it, and only Predrag Eidus was always a permanent actor.
