An employee of the Russian Section of Radio Canada, His Serene Highness Prince Alexander Andreevich Lieven, recorded this interview with the last Prime Minister of the Russian Provisional Government, Alexander Fyodorovich Kerensky, in New York in 1964. It was broadcast on shortwave for the second time in 1967, when Expo 67 was taking place in Montreal and the USSR was preparing to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution.
