Ground handlers perform a wide range of tasks, including guiding aircraft, loading and unloading cargo, and refueling and powering. In particular, marshalling (guiding aircraft) is a precise task that requires the aircraft to stop exactly at the scheduled position. Ground staff also pay close attention to the handling of luggage, preventing lost baggage by carefully handling each piece of luggage, which they proudly call the "Japanese hospitality spirit."
