Comedians Torben Chris and Thomas Hartmann form the framework for a humorous and entertaining cultural encounter between city and country. Torben, the proud Jutlandic bon vivant, has set out to convert his friend and colleague Thomas, a true Copenhagener who is not exactly used to Jutland life. When Torben Chris grew up in Give, part of his childhood was marked by an internship at a local fish farm. It was a time filled with practical work, the smell of fish and Jutlandic drive. In today's Jutland internship, Thomas Hartmann will follow in Torben's footsteps and experience life on a fish farm - an important part of growing up in Jutland. However, there is one big problem: Hartmann hates fish. With his usual skepticism and dry humor, he tries to tackle tasks such as feeding the fish, cleaning the ponds and maybe even catching a single fish. The question is, can he see the positive in this very Jutlandic experience, or will his aversion to fish take over? We hope you enjoy Jutland for Beginners. The series is produced by Respirator.
