A software engineer by education, he graduated from the Modern Humanitarian Academy in Moscow and a technical college in Grodno. He now works as an inclusion and disability specialist at the UN Development Program in Belarus. In May 2011, he had a motorcycle accident, as a result of which he damaged his spinal cord and cannot feel his body below the chest.
