Dry the chicken with tissue paper then flatten it by hitting it with a rolling pin or blunt object 2. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, oil, garlic, mustard, paprika powder, salt, sugar, and black pepper, mix well 3. Cover with cling wrap, let stand for at least 1 hour at room temperature 4. For the sauce, chop the shitake mushrooms and champignons, set aside 5. Boil the beans briefly with a little salt and sugar then rinse with cold water, drain 6. Heat a little oil, add the chicken, grill on one side first then turn over 7. Add potatoes and baby beans, cook until slightly browned then add some butter, garlic, stir well 8. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. Pound with a rolling pin to flatten. 2. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, oil, garlic, mustard, paprika powder, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well. 3. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature. 4. For the Sauce, chop the Shiitake and Champignon. Set aside. 5. Blanch the green beans with a beet salt & sugar, rinse with cold water. Set aside. 6. Heat some oil. Add the chicken in. Search on one side first, then flip. 7. Add the potatoes and green beans.
