A glow plug has broken off an Audi A4 (B7, 3.0 TDI, 6-cylinder)! The owner has brought it to Jürgen's workshop. Now Jürgen is supposed to use his experience to drill out the glow plug and save it. If he doesn't manage that, the cylinder head will have to be completely removed and the owner will face a really expensive (probably four-figure) repair. Jürgen also shows us how his workshop is currently being renovated - because it's time for a new lifting platform and a new brake tester. More on that in the next few weeks!
