Low-fat ground beef 1 egg 1 cup grated stale bread crumbs or bread crumbs 1 soup bowl Canned tomatoes or 2 medium-sized tomatoes (150 g) 1 medium-sized onion (100 g) 3 cloves of garlic 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste, 1 dessert spoon of pepper paste 1 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, cumin, chili pepper, thyme One finger less than half of a tea glass Vegetable oil 2 cups of hot water PREPARATION: Peel and grate the onion. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. Peel the tomatoes and chop them for cooking. PREPARATION: Add the ground meat, grated onion, stale bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper and cumin to a large kneading bowl and knead for five minutes. Cover the kneaded minced meat and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. At the end of the time, take small pieces of the minced meat mixture you prepared and shape them into meatballs. Place the pan on the stove and add oil. When the oil is hot, fry all the meatballs by turning them back and forth. Let's put the fried meatballs in a pot. Add the tomato paste to the remaining oil in the pan where we fried the meatballs and fry for 1-minute, add the garlic on top and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, chili pepper and thyme on top and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add two glasses of water on top, when it boils, remove from the stove and pour it over the meatballs. Put the pot on the stove, turn on the stove and cook on low for 15 minutes. At the end of the time, turn off the stove, let it rest for 5-10 minutes and serve. Enjoy your meal.
