The train departs from Saga Station. After stopping at Kohoku Station, where the Sasebo Line and Nagasaki Main Line branch off, it stops at Takeo Onsen Station, the starting station of the Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen. After stopping at Arita Station, a transfer station for the Matsuura Railway, it stops at Haiki Station, a transfer station for the Omura Line. The train changes direction and arrives at its final destination, Sasebo Station.
