He was in the Palestinian enclave at the same time as the Great March of Return, a demonstration organized by the Palestinians to commemorate the Nakba, and filmed the thousands of Gazans, men, women and children marching towards the fences that separate them from the Israeli border to demonstrate peacefully and demand their right to return. Piero Usberti collected the testimonies of those who experienced these demonstrations, including those injured by Israeli sniper fire. He also took the opportunity to meet Sara and Jumanah who told him about the realities of life in Gaza when you are twenty years old.
