During the five weeks of student protests in Serbia – which began when students from the Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU) raised their voices – support has been pouring in from all over Europe, and mostly from the region. In some cities, such as Ljubljana, Rijeka and Zagreb, students stood in silence for 15 minutes as a sign of solidarity, paying tribute to those who died in the collapse of the canopy at the Novi Sad Railway Station.
