#Jirisan #JirisanDaejongju #100FamousMountains Hello. I am writer Oh Se-jin, who is the most natural in nature. I will share a video of my 43km no-stay Hwadaejongju. The course was Hwaeomsa-Kojae-Nogodan Pass-Norumok Intersection-Samdobong-Tokkibong-Yeonhacheon Shelter-Hyeongjebong-Byeoksoryeong Shelter-Yeongsinbong-Seseok Shelter-Yeonhabong-Jangteomok Shelter-Jeseokbong-Cheonwangbong-Jungbong-Seoribong-Chibatmok Shelter-Yupyeong Village-Daewonsa-Daewonsa Parking Lot, and I stopped at Yupyeong Village. It is 1.6km before Daewonsa. Jirisan Seongjungjongju that I did with my connections in July for the KBS Video Album Mountain filming! The memories of the dazzling Seongjungjongju made me miss Jirisan, and I kept missing it until I met it again this time. After passing Tongcheonmun, I once again encountered Cheonwangbong, the highest peak of Jirisan and the end of Baekdudaegan. Although I walked the same path, it felt completely different from July. I will show you all of it without any special editing, following the flow of time. The path where I could smell the strong scent of the forest due to the rain that fell all day and made me think a lot. Shall we dive in together? I think I was even more excited because I had walked the path from Nogodan Pass to Cheonwangbong before, knowing how beautiful the path was and how much I could recharge in it. The feeling of the forest waking up one by one. How overwhelming it was to be able to feel that vibration together! Time to quietly focus on my footsteps while smelling the strong scent of the forest. That is like rest to me. The Hwadaejongju that I have wanted so much!! That path became a path of emptiness and a path of thought. I wanted to go that path according to my physical strength and speed. I got to know myself well through my experience of several long-distance trail running. Looking back on my experience during long-distance competitions, the longer I rest, the more fatigue builds up rather than relieving and recharging. Since my basal metabolic rate was high, it was important to replenish it and minimize the downtime. This time, I had a long rest time, and my stamina was exhausted, so I felt a little tired in the latter half. I could feel the meaning of Jirisan’s wide bosom and deep valleys. However, as I moved diligently, my speed and mind gradually emptied. I learned and felt a lot during the Hwadaejongju. It’s a bit of a long video, but I hope it delivers good energy to you.
