My money, my country, no sponsorship, no advertising Jeju Island has many pretty independent bookstores~ Not only rare books, but they have everything from interior decoration items to stationery like in an edited shop~ This time, I visited Jeju Deer Bookstore~ Even before entering the bookstore, I came across a very pretty garden~ It's a two-story building~ It looks just like an art gallery~ You can feel it just from the building~ There's a large parking lot on the right side of the building~ Parking for about 8 cars! The garden is beautifully decorated from the entrance~ It's a feast for the eyes with all of the green, green, and colorful things~ Doesn't it feel like I've come to a botanical garden? I can see a yellow butterfly too~ It's a small two-story building~ There are stairs in the center~ Various books and props are displayed~ There are two glass doors on the first floor~ You can see a pretty garden here too~ When you go up to the second floor~ There are tables like in a cafe~ About 8 tables for 2-3 people There is 1 table for 6 people~ The wooden walls and wooden tables go well together~ The color of the iron stairs is also harmonious~ Now let's look at the books~ Jeju Island picture books and fairy tales with pretty covers~ There are many books for children of various ages, such as essay collections and collaboration novels~ There are also original English books~ Pop-up books that were interesting~ There are some cute pull-lip books too~ There were many interior props~ There were many kinds, from antique props to cute and lovely items~ This is the cat bookmark that I wanted to buy the most~ I gave up because the price was 12,000 won... Animal stamps and flower stamps made of wood~ It was fun to look at the various props along with the books~ When you enter, there is a counter on the right~ You can have the tempting jeon~ Let's take a look at the menu~ Drinks Americano 5.0 Cafe Latte 6.0 Chocolate Latte 6.0 Peach Tea 5.0 Jasmine Tea (for 2) 10.0 Strawberry Latte 6.0 There is also bread~ Croissant 3.5 Scone + Wildflower Honey 3.5 Cookie 2.0 We didn't drink because there were many of us~ Instead, we bought a book~ Now let's really go to Jeju (18,000 won) Real stories of Jeju for travelers who think they know everything about Jeju It's informative and fun~ Jeju Saseum Bookstore, an independent bookstore in Jeju Island! There is no 10% discount at Kyobo Bookstore, but I got a discount of about 1,000 won with the tempting book~ It seems like a good place to take a quick look on a rainy day~ The song selection flowing out of the bookstore is also the best! The beautiful garden is another gift~ There are two owners and they are very kind~ I only bought one book, but I got a 25-year calendar, a bookmark, and a lot of handkerchiefs (book appendix)~ Now I'm really going to Jeju, and the author, Jeong Da-un, said she would have a book talk the next day~ We couldn't go because we had to come up to Seoul...
