Hello everyone! Today we are again with Chef Yuta and he is going to teach us the famous Japanese Cheese Cake???? ????‍???? Today's phrase: Kantan = easy = 簡単 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Yuta's Channel: / cocinajaponesaconyuta ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• INGREDIENTS ** Round mold 15cm diameter ** 200g of Cream cheese 20g of Unsalted butter 50ml of Milk 50g of Egg yolk 30g of Wheat flour 110g of Egg white 55g of sugar 15g Butter (for spreading) Optional. Icing sugar ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• PROCEDURES 1.Prepare a pot with boiling water. 2.Add cream cheese, butter and milk in a bowl. 3.Place the bowl on top of the pot and beat until well combined. 4.Check the temperature of the mixture (50°C). 5.Add the yolks and beat. 6.Add the wheat flour through a strainer. Mix. 7.Strain the mixture. 8.Store in the refrigerator or freezer until the temperature drops to 10°C. 9.Add the cold egg whites and sugar in a bowl. Whip the meringue. 10.Store in the refrigerator. 11.Prepare the pan with baking paper. (Bread with butter) 12.Mix 1/3 of the meringue with the cheese mixture. Add the rest of the meringue and mix. 13.Pour the entire mixture into the pan. 14.Place the pan in a container with hot water. 15.Bake at 140 to 150°C for 40 to 50 minutes. 16.Raise the temperature to 180 °C for 10 to 15 minutes. 17.Let it rest for 10 minutes in the oven with the oven turned off. 18.Done!
