On January 27, 2024, there was a lot of activity at the Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij in Beekbergen. Here, the 2412 was tested and the 532 was picked up from the workshop in Apeldoorn. The latter locomotive will be finished in Beekbergen in the near future, after which it can return to service on the Koningslijn.
