[Jang Min-ho Homakase] A wonderful table with dried pollack! Min-ho's [Dried pollack stew] & Garlic Bossam House's [Garlic sauce] revealed ■ Cooking ingredients [Dried pollack stew ingredients] Four whole dried pollack steaks, 100g garlic, 3-4 leeks, half a handful whole pepper, cheongju, garlic sauce, black sesame seeds [Garlic sauce ingredients] Steamed garlic, 200g cabbage, Honggeo-flavored soy sauce, oligosaccharide, seasoned salt ■ Preparation [How to make dried pollack stew] 1. Use a torch to grill the fatty part of the dried pollack steak until golden brown. (*Please prepare dried pollack steak with a light layer of fat~) (*Instead of a torch, you can also grill the fatty part in a heated pan until golden brown~) 2. Pour 1L of water into a pot and add the leeks, whole pepper, and a wheel of cheongju and boil. 3. When the water boils, place the dried pollack steak and garlic in a steamer and steam. 4. After 5 minutes, remove the garlic and steam the dried pollack for an additional 25 minutes. 5. Slice the cooked dried pollack thinly and wide diagonally. 6. Pour a generous amount of garlic sauce over the dried pollack stew, sprinkle some black sesame seeds, and it’s done! [How to make garlic sauce] 1. Chop the cabbage into pieces that can fit in an electric chopper. 2. Add the garlic and cabbage that were steamed for 5 minutes, and 2 pinches of salt to the electric chopper and chop finely. 3. Drain the finely chopped ingredients through a sieve for about 10 minutes. 4.
