105 years old and never tired! Steam locomotive 38 2267 (built in 1918) is back under steam after almost six years of major inspection. The last trip of the P8 was on October 14, 2017. A lot has changed in the meantime. New entrance building, trips in the Ruhr Valley again under the control of the Railway Museum. Pandemic. In the video, we take a closer look at this period of time and accompany the old lady on her first few meters under her own power in April 2023. In August, she finally went out on the track. We accompanied the load test run on August 15, 23 with the camera, as well as the first regular use in the Ruhr Valley on September 2. Welcome back, old lady!
