Do not open the can of cooked condensed milk while it is still hot, to avoid any type of burn. ✔️ If you prefer, replace the walnuts with almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, etc. ✔️ Replace the cooked condensed milk with ready-made dulce de leche, as long as it is very firm. ✔️ Don't be surprised, but the dough recipe does not contain baking powder. ✔️ Use a pan with a false or fixed bottom between 23/24 or 25 cm in diameter x 5 cm in height. ✔️ This refrigerated Walnut Pie will last up to 3 days or, if you prefer, up to 90 days in the freezer, as long as it is well stored.
