One of the projects installed in the Interoceanic Corridor, Helax Istmo, consists of the large-scale production of green hydrogen and ammonia for industrial use as marine fuel. It will be subsidized by a 10 billion dollar investment fund from the Danish company Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. Companies interested in investing and creating jobs in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec will have access to federal tax incentives. 27,912 homes were built along the Corridor route; 91 community works were carried out and 75 urban improvement projects were launched. Sedatu developed 19 urban and regional planning programs and instruments. The total investment was 6,582.7 million pesos for the benefit of 2.4 million people. The economic conditions in Mexico are unbeatable, so development will continue with well-being. Nothing will prevent progress from advancing with justice and modernity forged from below and for all. We present 13 cases of tax fraud detained in the Judiciary, which means an impact on the Public Treasury of 129,185 million pesos. Between the date of the case being sent by the Attorney General's Office (FGR) and the day of the initial hearing granted by the Judiciary, the delay amounts to 159 days on average. The National Code of Criminal Procedure requires the Judiciary to carry out the process within a maximum period of 15 days from the request for judicialization. In some cases, the Judiciary has not granted a date for an initial hearing, so they have been paused for up to two years. A constitutional reform to the Judiciary is necessary, which proposes the election of judges, magistrates and ministers by popular vote, in order to correct, expedite and guarantee the administration of justice.
