In the new episode of Ayaküstü Lezzetler, we are here with a wonderful route where you can travel along the Bosphorus and discover delicious flavors while traveling. Kabataş is our first stop for the new Coastal Line Lezzetler, which has become a ritual for us and for which we prepare a guide every spring. Onur and Oğuz, who start the day with a delicious breakfast at Setup, which is very popular with the neighborhood residents and a place frequented by foodies with its fresh products, presentation and flavors, then travel along the coastline accompanied by the magical view of Istanbul and arrive in Arnavutköy. After tasting the delicious pizzas and tiramisu prepared with Italian products at Piccola Pizzeria, one of the first pizzerias here, the duo sets off for Yeniköy for their last stop of the day. Onur and Oğuz go to The Red Balloon Restaurant, where Ulaş Durmaz, who won the Michelin Young Chef award at the beginning of 2024 and is only 25 years old, and taste the tasting menu here with a wonderful conversation accompanied by chef Ulaş at the table.
