About :

The Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) admitted that there had been an incident of the absence of Immigration Department (JIM) officers at several manual counters at the national entrance on the Johor Embankment during peak hours. Its minister, Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, said the incident was found to have occurred during a shift change or when the staff involved went to the bathroom or performed prayers.
