One quality that characterizes human beings is the need to search for answers to the why of things. However, sometimes more than explanations, what we need is a hopeful idea that allows us to get out of the routine and tells us “everything is possible.” That is why we need magic and this is how Alfonso Gómez tells us. In spite of having projected his career towards the field of virology, he considers the art of magic as his most precious passion. He does not perceive magic as a profession since for him it supposes a way of life, an alternative way of observing his environment as well as a tool to connect with those around him. Although he is currently in Switzerland, doing his masters studies, he tries to devote as much time as possible to getting to know in depth the secrets of the beautiful art of magic.
