About :

You’ve probably heard of it, but if you haven’t, chances are you use it a lot. PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate. It’s a type of plastic that’s used in most beverage bottles, from sparkling water to colas and lemonades. It’s easily recognizable by the number 1 logo. You may know it as the most recycled plastic in the world. More than 75% of PET bottles are sorted for recycling in Europe. But to complement recycling, new European laws require that by 2030, at least 10% of packaging must be reusable. But is there such a thing as a reusable PET bottle? Reusable PET bottles are already commonplace in Germany. In addition to normal bottles, billions of reusable bottles are returned by customers, who even receive money for them.
