For this purpose we used the Yato YT-84990 sharpener, and to check the cutting speed, Ursus saws with Baribal chains in a full chisel. Unfortunately, you can no longer buy new Ursus saws, at most used ones. But I think that it is also worth buying ones in good condition, because they are definitely better made.
