Two years ago, the pre-restyling Changan CS35 Plus lost our comparative test to the Kia Soul hatchback. At that time, the Chinese car had very sluggish dynamics due to a weak naturally aspirated engine, a simple interior and modest equipment. For example, the CS35 Plus had halogen headlights and only four airbags. Now we have an updated crossover in our hands, which has a 150-horsepower turbo engine, a full set of six airbags, plus useful options, including LED optics, adaptive cruise control, wireless charging and much more. And this Changan also looks good and is even cheaper than the old Geely Coolray, aka Belgee X50! So, maybe instead of the Belarusian Coolray clone, it is better to take this Changan?
