Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing with you a recipe for a delicious cornmeal cookie, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it melts in your mouth! Super easy to make and with a cup of coffee it's great! INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour - 250 gr 1 1/3 cup of cornmeal - 250 gr 1 cup of sugar - 230 gr 1 tablespoon of anise 1 dessert spoon of baking powder - 10 gr 1 egg - 50 gr 4 tablespoons of butter - 100 gr 1/3 cup of milk - 60 ml (drip little by little until it reaches the right consistency) Measuring cup - 240 ml #cornmealcookie #cornmealbread #cornmealcookie #cavaca #cornmealbiscuit
