My guest today is Iris Berben. Iris has been acting in front of the camera for over 50 years. She began acting in short films at the age of 17 and had her first engagement in a feature film just one year later. Today, at the age of 74, she is one of the few actors who can look back on a successful career into old age - and is still in front of the camera. Shortly before Christmas, Sönke Wortmann's social comedy "The Nickname" will be released in cinemas, in which Iris plays Dorothea Böttcher for the third time. I wanted to know from Iris Berben how she shaped her biography, why she has always been someone who was not obedient to authority and how she maintains her carefree attitude. It is about emancipation and role models, fear of failure, satisfaction with life and being seen.
