About :

NTT Police member Ipda Rudy Soik was given a dishonorable discharge (PTDH). His dismissal was linked to the disclosure of an alleged fuel mafia case that allegedly involved a number of influential parties in NTT, including police officers. Meanwhile, the NTT Police stated that Rudy was dismissed for violating the code of professional ethics in the investigation of alleged fuel misuse. The violations that ensnared Rudy Soik include several other cases such as defamation of a member of the Police, leaving the duty station without permission, and unprofessionalism in the investigation of subsidized fuel. Most recently, Rudy Soik and NTT Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga held a meeting with Commission III of the DPR. However, members of Commission III unanimously doubted Rudy Soik's dismissal.
