After the previous podcast about half-priced real estate in Riga, Giedrius Skärys decided to invest in 4 studios in Riga together with Tomas Griž. During our visit to Riga, we visited the real estate objects already under repair by investor and short-term real estate rental guru Tomas Griž. We viewed a total of 3 studio apartments and a studio apartment in a building with a long history, which is under renovation. There was also a mini-challenge here - will Tom's plan to finish setting up the studio in 2 weeks be realistic? The pluses and minuses of the courtyard, parking, new apartment layouts, builders' fault and interesting finds after demolishing walls.
