Thanks to the frame structures and wide, large-rim tires, the Ponsse S15 weighs less per square centimeter than an adult. When the machine moves, the front and rear wheels follow the same tracks. The reach of the Fiskars F50 loader was 10.2 meters, which enabled a 20-meter track spacing in the terrain. The load can hold approximately seven cubic meters of three-meter fiberwood and approximately eleven cubic meters of logs. The power source is a Valmet 411 DS turbo engine. The price of the forwarder in May 1984, without tracks and chains, was 935,000 FIM. The company also has a Ponsse HS15, model year 1994, and a Volvo 160 excavator. Liepeelän Konepalvelu Oy was founded in 2014. The company is based in Vieremä, six kilometers from the Ponsse forest machine factory.
