Danilo Gentili's interviewee is Wellington Muniz, also known as Ceará. One of the country's greatest radio hosts, impersonators and comedians, he recalls his career and tells us who inspired him the most: “My father only had a fourth-grade education, but he spoke well and communicated well. Wherever he went, there was a circle. I was a shy child, so I was inspired by my father.” He says that he studied mechanical lathe work and recalls an unusual incident: “I almost lost my finger, just like Lula, on the lathe, my little finger.” Ceará then says that he told his father that he would not continue with the course, because he intended to work in humor. “When I turned 40, he called me to congratulate me and cried a lot on the phone, asking for forgiveness, because he said that I would never amount to anything in life, that I would be a bum,” he says. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Noite is a talk show hosted by Danilo Gentili and airs Monday through Friday in the early hours of the morning on SBT.
