Today, we are pleased to present you with the interview with Marie Eeckhout. Filmed last summer, during her 4th year internship at the Daniel Widlöcher Training and Consultation Center, Marie describes her missions within this structure adjoining the School of Practicing Psychologists. She was one of the first interns at the Daniel Widlöcher Center, which opened last April. An internship that, according to her, helped her to "take the plunge" and practice while being supervised. Telephone reception, patient care, appointment management, assessments and group reflections were part of her daily life, as an intern, at the Daniel Widlöcher Center. The Daniel Widlöcher Center has three main missions: • offer consultations and psychological assessments to the general population, • train the school's students at the end of their studies (4th and 5th years), • develop research in psychology within our team, in partnership with the School's research laboratory (VCR). This Center is a place of training and practice, aiming to offer our students a rich and complete internship experience. They thus benefit from supervision and support that promote their professionalization and prepare them for their future profession as psychologists.
