Asked about the possibility of the KKE cooperating with PASOK or SYRIZA after the latest developments in these parties, he noted that there is no room for cooperation because both parties of the sinful social democracy, both as governments and as official opposition, have implemented policies of beautifying the anti-popular politics, claiming that there can be a populist solution within the walls of capitalism, which is not the case. Their positions on NATO, the EU, the US and imperialist wars, their positions on auctions and a number of other issues, do not question in the slightest the policy that serves the interests of big capital and imperialist powers, he noted. The developments in these parties concern the restoration of the second pole for the entrapment of the people and workers in anti-popular politics. The only pro-people way out, he emphasized, is the working people's opposition, aiming at the real opponent, in collaboration with the KKE for the overall questioning of the dominant perception.
