Chania MP and Head of Transparency Sector P. The total number of medical staff that we delivered to you was 24,500 and currently it is 20 to 21 thousand. This is the definition of failure. • The big problem for the system is the flight of the new generation abroad. Extending the term of office for those over 67 is not a solution, it is a failure. If our system is not attractive to young people, then they will not stay to work here. The only way for them to stay here is not to make them operate in the afternoon to make a few francs, it is to double their salaries. • Of the 520 million euros of the Recovery Fund given to hospitals, 450 million are for thermal facades and changing windows instead of going to upgrading equipment. From the entire Recovery Fund that will bring 1 billion euros to the Health sector, with various recent reshuffles, 50 million euros were allocated for the purchase of equipment, at a time when within the memoranda alone for the Douro program for the Attica region, we purchased new equipment worth 60 million euros. This is a shame.
