Intermediate Hearing held in co-defense with my boss, father and lawyer Martín Márquez Carpio, as well as with the lawyer Daniel Hernández Silva. Alleged crime of child abuse. Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, July 2018. In this hearing we requested the exclusion of various means of evidence, considering that they were not offered in an adequate manner, as they could be considered irrelevant. The exclusion of one means of evidence was granted, but the various others were denied. Likewise, we requested the dismissal of the case because we considered that it was feasible, a request that was denied. The Appeal that we filed against this resolution is currently in process and pending resolution, based on an approach based on the principle of equality and the human right to due process, which motivated us to consider that the resolution contained herein could be appealable. We hope it is useful to those who see it.
