Thonglor police have arrested a female thief who stole credit cards from onsen customers. It was found that she was an influencer and a Chinese man who committed the crime. In the case of a female victim who went to an onsen in the Sukhumvit area, she kept her bag and credit cards in a locker before going back in as usual for about an hour before leaving as usual. She then secretly took the wristbands used to scan in and out of the lockers and made additional magnetic strips by having her four Chinese friends make new ones. They then went around opening the victims’ lockers and swiping money using the aforementioned cards.
