This video addresses the inferiority complex from the perspective of Carl Gustav Jung's Analytical Psychology. It explores the compensatory dynamics between the conscious and unconscious through external projection, so that the inferiority and superiority complexes are interconnected. The mechanisms of the persona also come into play in camouflaging the aspects of the complexes, producing repressions and loss of control in the psyche, resulting from unilateralizations, causing various feelings to surface and manifest from the shadow, producing and feeding back into conflicts. The aspects need to be experienced through internal reconnection and self-knowledge, leaving the dynamics of automatism, alienation, anesthesia and extremes, seeking autonomy and harmonization with the central axis governed by the Self. Only then can one seek a meaning for the path to fulfillment, which Jung called individuation. What did you think of the video? Leave your comment!
