On Thursday, the Deputies approved in general and particular terms the organic simplification reform with which seven autonomous organizations will be eliminated, such as the National Institute of Transparency and Access to Information and Data Protection (INAI). The ruling was sent to the Senate to continue the legislative process. After resuming the session on said ruling and after seven hours of discussion, the parliamentary groups of all the benches spoke for and against the reform, which has a reservation presented by Deputy Alfonso Ramírez Cuéllar, with which two institutions are created to attend to the technical functions of the IFT and the Cofece.
