We headed our July summer vacation trip towards Käsivarren Lapland, in the scenery of which we spent 7 days camping. Our intention was to spend leisurely moments without more detailed plans to reach certain destinations. We ended up taking the route Ailakkalahti (starting point) - Ailakkajärvi - Paihkasjärvi - Termisjärvi - Salmijärvi - Saarijärvi - Másetjávri and the trip ended at the Kilpisjärvi Nature Center. The distance for our trip was about 45 km. The nature of the arm made an impression. Especially in the early part of the trip, the July heat and mosquitoes posed a small challenge, but you could mostly protect yourself from the insects with the clothes. At the beginning of July, the streams had dried up to a small size. Despite this, finding drinking water did not become a problem during the trip, when the route was planned to run from one lake to another. It also rained towards the end of the trip. Fortunately, however, the rain and hail were short-lived and the tent was able to withstand the gusty wind.
