On August 9, 2021, Viktor Ivanovich Likhonosov passed away. This man undoubtedly left his mark on Russian culture. The level of this person is difficult to overestimate, he is a colossus, whose works and biography are now carefully studied by Kuban schoolchildren in Kuban studies lessons. In the SANTAL Art Gallery, the memory of Viktor Ivanovich Likhonosov is preserved by his friends. Viktor Ivanovich loved the house on Kommunarov Street, 58 (in Yekaterinodar - Borzikovskaya, 40), where the SANTAL Art Gallery has been located since 2003. And because he lived in the neighborhood, and because he was attracted to everything that breathed history. He would drop in here casually to have some tea and have a heart-to-heart talk. And at creative meetings and artist exhibitions, the writer was always an honored guest. Likhonosov himself once collected information about his heroes, now his friends recalled the trips, travels, stories and thoughts of Viktor Ivanovich himself.
