Anyone who sees Sirlene working with the dairy herd, managing the property she acquired, would never imagine that it was only recently that she took her first steps into the rural world. The Pará native born in Itaituba moved to Mato Grosso with the dream of building her own story in the countryside. She started out with beef cattle, but quickly moved to dairy farming, on the 22-hectare property in Alto Paraguai. Amidst the challenges of facing an activity that was previously unknown to her, she managed to increase her initial production from 17 liters per day to the current 720 liters. This progress was achieved with technical guidance and correct strategies.
