This is an announcement for the JR Chuo Rapid Line's first rapid train departing Otsuki bound for Tokyo. The train is an E233 series. As with the Minobu Line that I uploaded last time, I recorded this during a day trip to Yamanashi in March. This line is always crowded so I wasn't able to record it, but I had the opportunity to ride it late at night when it was quiet and I was finally able to record it.
